Yeah, the most amazing sports event is back again. The World Cup 2006 (yes, even better than the Olympics in my opinion) will rock the world, hook people onto the TV screens and cause the number of reported MCs to rise, resulting in lower productivity, slower market movement in the month of June.


What's so captivating about this sport that gets everyone hooked onto the screen? For guys, it is the sheer joy of players playing 'joga bonito', scoring wonderful goals in the process. Besides that, we are all staunch supporters of various good teams, ranging from Brazil, England, Argentina, Germany, Spain, etc. Haha... yeah, by the way, I think that one of these teams will win the tournament this time around. If you have seen them play, you will definitely agree with me.


For the girls, they only watch football to please their men, showing that they are knowledgeable as well as to ogle on the hot players. Period.


Well, what happens during the period of the campaign? Supporters grow wild, increased alcohol and chips consumption, increased number of people reporting in sick, and the sheer joy of watching good teams play beautiful soccer.


And once the World Cup ends, people will suffer from hangover, not from alcohol but from the matches that have enthralled us in the month of June. Cheers.
